This is the third driving school car I've seen painted up like that. Jazzy! People are gonna see you coming in that car, for sure. Maybe it serves as a sort of warning to fellow drivers: "Please respect the perimeter around the Flashy Graffiti Car. Contains one mad instructor and one frenzied student learning to drive in this crazy city. Possible crash hazard. Move aside. Let the car through."
